Dust exists all the time in our daily life,and dust has a great impact on our production and life.The suspended particles of industrial dust are easy to cause explosion;Dust in life will pollute the atmosphere,and even bring bad weather of sand storm in serious cases;Miners are prone to pneumoconiosis when they work underground with serious dust floating objects for a long time;As our teachers have been teaching on the podium for many years,the dust generated by the chalk used in class also has a very serious impact on their personal body.Many teachers will suffer from lung disease.How to solve the impact of dust on Teachers' health in class has become a key problem we need to solve.With the development of science and technology,the degree of automation is higher and higher.How to use modern means to solve the problem of dust in the air is a problem we all face.Maintaining the environment around us,ensuring people's health and promoting the harmonious development of man and nature,green development is the leading direction of contemporary development.In fact,single chip microcomputer is a microcomputer,which integrates the functions of CPU,ram,ROM,various I/ O input and output ports,interrupt system,timer / counter system,bus system,etc.(it may also include a variety of display equipment,display driving circuit,pulse width modulation circuit,analog multiplexer,digital to analog conversion(A /D))A small and perfect microcomputer system integrated into a silicon chip.With the development of single-chip microcomputer technology becoming more and more mature,popular and popularized,single-chip microcomputer is more and more applied to modern production and life,and single-chip microcomputer plays more and more roles in automatic control.Nowadays,people have more and more applications of single chip microcomputer technology.Whether it is the traditional industrial field or the emerging electronic industry,we can see the figure of single chip microcomputer application.More and more people integrate electronic information technology with single chip microcomputer technology,which effectively improves the application effect of single chip microcomputer.Therefore,how to use the single chip microcomputer as the control chip to coordinate the external industrial components to coordinate the action,and how to use the automatic control principle to make various equipment to solve the physical health problems caused by the excessive inhalation of chalk ash in class has become an urgent problem for our teachers.This design uses 51 single chip microcomputer control principle,uses a PM2.5 dust sensor to sense the dust concentration in the air near the blackboard.After conversion by an ado0803 analog-to-digital conversion module,the measured dust value is displayed on the 1602 LCD.When the detected dust concentration exceeds the set upper safety limit,the intelligent voice prompt module sends out a warning tone,starts the alarm small lamp and buzzer,and starts the dust suction fan to absorb the dust in the air to reduce and remove the dust.When the dust concentration near the blackboard is lower than the set safety value,turn off the alarm light,buzzer and intelligent voice,and stop the transfer of the fan at the same time.
