Design And Implementation Of The Huanghe Science & Technology College Collaborative OA System Based On J2EE

With the rapid development of education in China,the campus office pattern of colleges and universities in China presents the characteristics of the integration of network,information and digital.The digital campus network information system has been established in each school.Office Automation System(OA)is widely applied in various universities,but the early development of the OA system does not actually realize the real automatic office.Most OA systems are not efficient.Due to such reasons as the design of system and the equipment,the system only stays at the level of publishing information,and the multi-departmental collaborative office requirements cannot be realized.With the continuous development of science and technology,office automatic systems are becoming more and more perfect,and the development prospects of office automatic systems are increasingly broad..This paper focuses on the collaborative office system of Huanghe Science and Technology College.The development goal of the system is introduced,and the principles of system development are expounded.The overall requirements,functional requirements and non-functional requirements of the system are analyzed to provide a basis for the later system development.Then the overall architecture design of the system is carried out,and the database design of the system is discussed in detail.This paper introduces the workflow of the collaborative office system of Huanghe Science and Technology College,then discusses the detailed design of the system,and introduces the realization of the key modules.Finally,the system is tested.The test is summarized,then a test of case is carried out,and the test is analyzed.The results show that the collaborative office system based on J2 EE can meet the design requirements of Huanghe Science and Technology College.Through the performance test of the collaborative office system of the Huanghe Science and Technology College,the following conclusions are obtained: the system response time,throughput,stability and system functions have met the design requirements and even exceeded the design requirements.Based on this,the performance of the J2EE-based collaborative office system of Huanghe Science and Technology College achieved the expected goals.
