The development of all walks of life has been inseparable from the computer and the Internet,especially the office management of the daily work of the information management requirements have become increasingly high.According to the Beijing Office of the Ministry of information mining and management of the actual needs of research analysis,there are many complicated processes of office management process,these processes constitute the Beijing information mining department daily office activities.In the information and digital technology highly developed today,how to use modern computer technology and network technology to realize the automation of work processes,and the Beijing Information Office of the Ministry of the letter for effective management of mining process,reduce office costs,improve office efficiency,to achieve standardization,office automation is the urgent problem to be solved.This paper quoted the workflow engine,further realization of Beijing information mining application department office management system file transfer,and using the technology of Web services,the management function is integrated into the collaborative office system,so as to realize the collaborative office automation management.The system uses MVC framework,and J2 EE technology and AJAX+DWR technology,the following will be described in this paper the main work is as follows:First,combined with the development status of domestic and foreign office management system,summarized from the basic theory,workflow technology and collaborative office based on the idea,and from a practical point of view,the objective analysis and how to combine the workflow of collaborative office.Second,combined with the actual situation of Beijing information channel purchasing department office management,from the perspective of unified modeling,detailed analysis of the functional requirements of the system,and makes a detailed analysis and design of system function module,database.Three,the system functions to achieve coding.The main implementation includes the backlog management,document management,conference management,system management.Finally,the performance and function of the OA office management system test results show that the system performance is stable,functional implementation in line with the development requirements.According to Beijing information mining problems related with the construction of OA office systems office,based on work flow,according to the actual demand and future development requirements,design and development of a to meet the office system of Beijing Information Mining Department of the characteristics,realized the automation of office management at the same time also,further realize the whole office management and standard,make Beijing information mining work efficiency has been improved.
