| With the continuous development of Internet technologies, the collaborative officeapplications have been used more and more widely in the information systems of the enterprisesand institutions. The key problem now however, is to develop the flexible, scalable collaborativeoffice workflow system in a fast and efficient way. Collaborative office systems developmenthas laid a certain foundation after years of development, but the built systems based ontraditional methods are facing information isolation, ever-changing demand and other technicalproblems.Universal collaborative office workflow management system is the foundation of thecoordination office system, and the WEB-based applications of which is one of the significantways to realize the current trends of the "cloud applications". This paper is focusing on theanalysis of the concept and the organization of the workflow management systems and theresearch of the related technology in the workflow management system. Based on the research ofthe definitions of the workflow and the universal workflow, this paper looks into the combinedconcepts research of the required functional modules and the workflow engine in the workflowsystem, to realize the complete workflow system domain model and design model whichincludes the engin of the web based collaborative workflow, the form and workflow designingand the organizational structure, the result of which greatly reduced the development pressure byusing the basic source getting through the MDA system design methodology.After several tests and improvements, the operation is stable with friendly interface. Thedesign of the workflow and the related forms well satisfied the requirements of the internalcoordination office working and operational adjustments of the enterprise. Finally, the analysisand the significant results of this study, further improved the operational efficiency and broughtbright prospects to the future development. |
