The Design And Realization Of Huanghe S&T University Collaborative Office System Based On Workflow

How to combine the existing workflow technology and the demand for OAsystem planning and design a new OA system to fit the development of institutions ofhigher learning is the main content of this topic research.As the rapid development ofthe campus network, the development and application of a set of college officeautomation system has become the main direction of digitalize campus developmentplanning, and the important strategy to improve the efficiency of collegeoperation.For the new OA system which has been developed,the issues that theefficiency of high and low, and the length of the life cycle are closely related to OAsystem which is used in model design.According to the specific analysis and researches about the current functions andthe demands of OA system, investigate and compare all the major OA system atpresent in what kind of technical implementation, and on what platform operation,according to the above comparison and analysis, make it clear that the currentworkflow technology plays an important role in OA system; In addition, JAVAtechnology(the current popular development platform, which is based on the J2EEspecification)is researched and analyzed. At last, combining with the constructionrequirements of our school’s office automation system, the workflow technology andJ2EE technical specification are analyzed, and plan our school’s OA office automationsystem. Through the analysis of the OA system about each function module, on somekey issues,such as access control,the application of workflow engine, the design andimplementation of the system can be carried on.The first chapter of the paper mainly introduces the design background andsignificance of the collaborative office system, and the status of the research at homeand abroad. The second chapter mainly introduces the key technologies, includingtechnology in workflow and J2EE. The third chapter analyses the system of functionalrequirements from such aspects as the system construction principles, andconstruction target. The fourth chapter is mainly about the system overall design anddetailed design. The fifth chapter mainly introduces technical solutions to the keyproblems, implementation effect analysis, and system deployment and the testing.To sum up, researching on combining workflow with J2EE technology, general collaborative office system. The system has good scalability and maintainability. Asthe development of new technology of J2EE, the future office automation system willdevelop better.
