Research And Implementation Of Key Technology About Collaborative Office System Of College

Toadaptingthemodernizationof higher education, the informatization is the only way which must be passed. After completing preliminary phase of the digital campus construction in Sichuan normal university, it is raised to construct a new Collaborative Office System which could adapt new requirements.This system is composed of two large modules, including information publishing system and document processing system. The information publishing system including these functions, announcement notice, meeting arrangements, campus news, work report and statistics search. The document processing system, which is the key module, contains campus documents sending, outside school documents dispose, Signature management and so on.We choose B/S(Browser and Server)frame work to develop this system, which is facility, shortcut and efficient; We choose dot net frame as the system framework, which is high coupling while low cohesion, we divide the software framework to three level, presentation layer, business logic layer and data access layer.In part4, we discussed the key technology and core arithmetic of this system, including digital signature technology, access control mechanisms on RBAC, single user login mechanism and the technology of documents’ turning on work flow.
