Research And Implementation Of Key Technology About Collaborative Office System Of College

With the rapid development of Internet technology,e-government applies modern information technology in office management.It improves work efficiency,and provides the high quality service for the society.It has become an inevitable trend of modern office.In view of actual demand of university administrative office management work,a collaborative office system is put forward,which improves the efficiency of daily management work.That has the practical significance.Based on analyzing the system's overall demand,the whole architecture is put forward.The hierarchical development system includes:data persistence layer,business logic layer,Web application layer.The communication between application layer and logic Web server,is through Java RMI(called Java Remote Method Invocation,Java remote method).It separates thoroughly the representations and codes,reduces the coupling between different applications,and improves cohesion degree.Through the overall system requirements analysis,the specific workflow module functional requirements are summed up and the main application scenarios are also listed.Workflow module includes document flow and document flow process.Load-balancing algorithm of collaborative office system is also studied.In the general office system,distributed load-balancing is the way adopted.However,for different nodes in the network structure,there are some differences in data capacity and data access performance.Therefore,adjusting local nodes in some places solves the problem,which implements the load balance by the distributed mode.It can not only makes the algorithm to avoid single point of failure,and also make the algorithm more simple and effective.At the same time,jBPM(Java Business Process Management)workflow engine technology is studied in-depth,and it is input into our system solution.Finally,the collaborative office system module is designed,implemented,tested and operated.In the workflow module,the dynamic process instance execution flow chart display algorithm is shown,which includes flow chart of the structure information and dynamic execution information generated by the application server,the Web logic control layer and the page display.This system has friendly interface,convenient operation.It is a stable and reliable system,and is applied in the daily management.It informationizes the administrative management,and makes the unit management more standardized and scientific.Also,the system improves the staff's working efficiency furtherly and upgrades the management system.
