H Provincial Hospital Association Collaborative Design And Implementation Of The Oa Office System

Based on the research at home and abroad,this thesis discusses the multi-layer structure which is rooted on J2EE enterprise development and its demand analysis, design and implementation through the practical developing program of office automation system in Hunan Hospital Association.First of all, the thesis describes the origin, background as well as the development and research of OA system at home and abroad. The profound understanding of technology in J2EE-based enterprise development paves a solid way for the research of this program in the field of technology. Then, the author sets up the analysis of systematic functional model and dynamic model under the guidance of UML systematic analysis. The thesis mainly discusses the implementation of the main modules of the system, the key technology and its database design. This system, in accordance with the MVC pattern, divides the program into three core modules: model, view and controller. And the realization of systematic function is through JSP, SERVLET and JavaBean respectively. Finally, the thesis introduces the main interface of the system operation, and analyzes the shortcomings of the system, and proposes the improving advises for further systematic perfection.The work and achievements of the thesis are as follows: the author has done a demand analysis on office automatic system and analyzed its systematic application demand while providing relevant systematic resolutions; in accordance with demand analysis, the author has designed the system's overall framework and modules. The overall system consists of ten major modules: system management module, human resources module, personal office management module, public affairs management module, document processing management module, multi-channel query modules, inviting tenders management module, funds management module, experts'panel management module and information exchange platform module. And the detailed design of modules and its implementation has been illustrated in the fifth chapter.
