The paper’s solution is sharing the workflowinformation data, identifying the nodes of workflow by various states of specificbusiness streams, implementing the automation office technology ofworkflow, achieving the inter-departmental and personal collaborative task,improving the ability of centralized management, making a standardization of officemanagement, and satisfying the operation demands of the daily work.The collaborative office system use advantages of the J2EE architecture, combinemiddleware and workflow technology, through the separation of business logicand business data, the technology can enhance the stability and scalability ofcollaborative office system.
