Research On Organization Management Improvement Of D Company's Software R&D Project Based On Scrum Method

D company is a provincial Internet media group.As the company's scale and business scale continue to expand,the software development department encounters more and more management problems.The demand from external and internal customers has grown dramatically,and project stakeholders have grown dramatically.The software project management methods that have been extended have been difficult to adapt.How to provide customers with satisfactory products in the shortest possible time is an extremely urgent issue facing the software R&D department and the entire company management.Based on the organization and management of existing software projects of D Company,this research is based on the project management of R&D projects,based on the Scrum method to improve the organization and management of R&D projects,and to improve the software product development and iterative process of D Company.Shorten product development cycle and further improve customer satisfaction and company competitiveness.Firstly,a large number of existing literatures and materials are analyzed and studied.The characteristics of software R&D project management,the contents of project organization management,the characteristics and application scenarios of Scrum method,and the problems that should be paid attention to by Scrum method are reviewed.It laid a theoretical foundation for the organizational management improvement of D company's R&D project based on Scrum method.Secondly,it studies the problems existing in the organization management of D company's existing R&D projects,and analyzes the problems in the project management process,project organization form,project evaluation system,etc.,and clarifies the improvement of R&D project management.The scope.Then,according to the existing problems,combined with the Scrum method,the corresponding improvement measures were formulated,and the software R&D project management process,organization form and system specification which are more suitable for the current situation of Company D were formed.Finally,based on the research and development iteration project of D company S software products,the Scrum method was introduced and implemented,and the improvement measures were implemented,and the improvement effect was evaluated.In summary,based on the Scrum method,it is of great practical significance to improve the organization and management of software development projects of Company D.It is market-oriented and customer-oriented,embracing change,responding quickly,ensuring that new products or new versions of existing products can meet the real needs of customers;shortening product development cycles and reducing costs;focusing on communication management during product development and iteration,not only It has improved the satisfaction of the company's management,and also improved the confidence of the company's business operations team in the company's products,and also significantly improved the satisfaction and work efficiency of the R&D team.
