Application Research Of Scrum Method In T Company Software Project Management

The development of computer technology and the globalization of economic information have made the market competition in the software industry become more intense and fierce.The competition in the software market has gradually changed from technical competition to competition in software project process management.How to optimize the software project management mode to improve the quality and efficiency of software development has become the most concerned issue for software development companies.The development of the Internet in the 21 st century has had a tremendous impact on people's work and life.The software of large and small is accompanied by our food and clothing,the interaction between users and software has become more frequent,and the level of software consumption has become more abundant.Traditional development models are increasingly unable to meet the requirements of software development,product quality is not up to standard,can not respond to timely requirements,project schedules and other issues have gradually become the constraints of software engineering development,the need for a project that can meet the changing needs of software development Manage the model to solve these tough problems.At this time,the agile development model came into being and developed into the most widely used model in the software industry.There are many researches on agile development models in China,but most of them focus on the application research of Scrum agile development mode in traditional software development process.There are few literatures on the project management of WeChat small program development process.As a new application form,WeChat applet is obviously different from the traditional software development process.The project management application research of traditional software development process is useful for the project management of WeChat small program development.Not big.The author hopes to analyze the optimization practice of project management in the process of small program development of T company,and summarize some useful optimization programs for WeChat small program project management,and provide some theoretical guidance and practice for project management of such development teams in the future.reference.This paper first summarizes the domestic and international software project management literature,and combined with the key factors of software project management summarized by the literature research to analyze the project management problems existing in the development process of TDK DCDK project V1.0,and sort out the influence of the development of T company WeChat small program project.Key factors: user engagement,degree of change in demand,need for rapid online launch,business breakdown capabilities,project planning and cost change acceptance,project team decision making and documentation requirements.Then,the author matched the software project management model through these key factors,and finally chose the Scrum agile development model as the project management model of DCDK software V2.0.When implementing the Scrum agile project management model,T company based on the DCDK product project's own characteristics,for the standard Scrum framework Adjustment.Based on this idea,the author established a set of agile development project management with speed priority as the development criterion based on Scrum's agile thinking.Finally,the authors systematically improve the TDK DCDK project management process strategy based on these principles,and compare the DCDK software V1.0 and V2.0 versions of the project practice in the project development cycle,iterations,project cost,operational effectiveness and user engagement.The performance of five aspects tested the effectiveness of T company DCDK project management optimization.
