Research On Software Project Management Optimization Of W Company Based On Agile Development

The rapid development trend of the Internet field has resulted in the continuous expansion of the application market.With the rapid development of big data infrastructure in various industries;it also brings more network security risks.W company is engaged in network security software and services company,with the development of industry more and more mature,the counterpart products competitive pressure is very big,in order to be able to quickly respond to changes in market demand,the company introduced agile development mode in earlier years,but because of the not enough very clear understanding of the agile thought,after the introduction of the research and development in the process of development still exist such problems as low efficiency,frequently changing requirements,what kind of measures to solve the company's current difficulties,is the problem to be solved.This paper with the company's agile project r&d process as the main research object,in view of the w company's agile project development process there may be some of the problems are studied:The first choice of philology,scientific research on Scrum dexterous new projects and development trends in countries around the world,and in terms of project risk management,agile development is closely related to the definition of basic theories.Then I selected representative experts in the company and used Delphi questionnaire to search and collect the problems existing in the company's research and development workflow at the present stage.Aimed at the problems searched by this method,the analytic hierarchy method is used to carry out weight analysis and consistency test on this problem,and according to the analysis results,find out the key problems.Finally,combined with the theoretical framework and principles of Scrum,the optimization strategy of W Company is formulated and the expected effect of optimization is put forward.Through a large amount of data analysis and research,this paper puts forward a more targeted and practical solution for the development process of W Company.A more targeted solution will help the company solve the current dilemma and create higher product value,and this paper will also provide a way to solve the problem for companies that have also been frustrated with Scrum optimization.
