Study On Schedule Management Of Sanming Mobile 4G Base Station Construction Project

At present,the competition of mobile communication market in China is increasingly fierce.If every communication operator wants to win the market share,they must improve the efficiency of mobile communication network construction project.Due to the rapid development of mobile communication technology,the fierce competition has led to the urgency of the time limit.But in the implementation process of communication engineering is easily affected by external factors and the delay of the construction period,in order to ensure the actual and planned progress,timely detection of deviations,formulate corrective measures is necessary to ensure timely completion of the project,so in communication engineering in project management is very necessary.At present,there is a lack of effective planning guidance,rough schedule statistics,and the lag of schedule adjustment in the construction of communication project.In order to solve the Sanming Mobile 4G base station construction plan and construction schedule control problem,this paper first analyzes the characteristics and problems existing in the construction of the project and other relevant circumstances,the use of WBS(Work Breakdown Structures)of the communication engineering project according to the implementation process into the proposal stage,design stage,construction stage and acceptance stage according to the physical structure;for new base station,new room division base station and dilatation base station.Then according to the different stages and different types of base station construction estimating activity duration,using CPM(critical path method),schedule analysis and optimization of the Gantt chart,project resources and problems,determine the overall project schedule,the project has a clear plan.Finally,through the engineering daily system,engineering meetings,on-site follow-up,cooperation units management and progress chart,etc,the progress control of the project is carried out to ensure that the quality and quantity of the project is completed on schedule.Finally,the application of "Engineering treasure" software in project schedule management is discussed.In this paper,many of the results are obtained in the practice of Sanming Mobile 4G base station construction,greatly improve the communication engineering construction progress,to improve the level of project management in communication engineering construction projects,solving the project schedule control,has a certain significance.
