Research On The Progress Management Of LTE Base Station Construction Project In D City

With the rapid development of mobile terminal technology and broadband wireless technology,the construction and development of 4G network has become the only way for telecom operators to improve their efficiency.TD-LTE,as China's leading 4G standard,contains a large number of Chinese patent technologies.It has been widely supported internationally in the promotion of the country.China Mobile has been appointed to undertake the construction of TD-LTE network.It is mainly responsible for the construction,operation and maintenance of TD-LTE test network,and the testing of technical products.In order to provide users with more stable data services,D city S division started the LTE phase four project ahead of schedule.by expanding the network coverage and stabilizing the TD-LTE network structure,we will guide the trend of the data service market.This paper is the research object of the LTE four phase construction project of the China Mobile D city S division.It mainly uses the field investigation method to analyze the various factors that affect the construction progress and the problems in the project construction,and then combines the case analysis method to use the knowledge and tools of the project schedule management to make the early stage work system.Schedule the project schedule,control the schedule in the implementation of the project,arrange the feasible plan and relevant measures from it,and provide reference materials for the project construction later.This paper is divided into five parts according to the structure.First,the background and significance of the research,the current research status in the domestic related fields,and the research ideas and methods proposed in this paper are put forward in accordance with the routine.The second part describes the theoretical basis of project management and progress management,the main related management knowledge and guiding ideology.The third part introduces the basic situation of China Mobile base station construction in engineering construction,as well as the analysis of the contents of the project construction.The fourth part,through sorting out the various factors affecting the construction progress of the D city in the construction of the base station and the problems arising,making a feasible schedule plan.Fifth,through rectification measures to complete the control of schedule,sort out specific programs and safeguards.
