With the rapid evolution of mobile communication technology and the rapid development of multimedia services,mobile intelligent terminals are becoming more and more popular.Traditional Internet applications have gradually transformed from PC to mobile intelligent terminals based on mobile Internet applications.With the diversified development of mobile Internet,the requirements for the transmission rate of wireless network of mobile communication are becoming higher and higher.The traditional 2g/3g communication technology has been unable to meet the current needs of people.Therefore,the fourth generation mobile communication technology represented by "fast" has begun to walk on the historical stage.Wireless network is the foundation of mobile communication operators.How to quickly build a high-quality network to meet the needs of mobile communication users is the most important thing for operators.In December 2013,with the Ministry of industry and information technology officially issued 4G licenses to the three major operators,the competition of 4G base station construction between operators officially began.The online business time and coverage of 4G network will directly affect the promotion of 4G terminals,determine the market share of enterprises,and concern the fate of enterprises.In order to seize the market opportunity,China Mobile began to launch the construction task of 4G base station nationwide.The group company issued the task target of "completing the pilot within one year,exceeding 2G in three years,and reaching the same coverage level of 2G in five years".Due to the natural disadvantages of 4G band,in order to achieve or exceed the coverage level of 2G base station,China Mobile is required to build more 4G base stations.This indicates that the scale of 4G base station construction project will be increased by at least 2 times compared with the same period of previous years,and the construction period of construction project will be shortened by at least 50% compared with the same period of previous years.NJ Mobile's 4G base station construction is a long cycle,difficult and resource consuming work.From the start of the project to the completion and use of the base station,a lot of activity decomposition is involved.The relationship between project activities is complex but closely linked.Because each activity may be affected by some uncertain factors,the project duration on different activity paths varies greatly.In the social environment full of fear of electromagnetic radiation,people are more and more resistant to the construction of mobile 4G base station;coupled with the upgrading of mobile communication 4G base station hardware equipment,the construction process and complexity of base station are getting higher and higher.If China Mobile wants to quickly build a high-quality 4G network to meet the needs of customers' high-speed Internet access anytime and anywhere,the progress control of 4G base station construction project becomes extremely important.This paper combines the theoretical knowledge of project management and the characteristics and functional requirements of NJ mobile plan construction management system,and uses NJ Mobile's many years of base station construction experience for reference,determines the work breakdown structure of NJ mobile 4G phase VI base station construction project,completes the definition of project activities,and lists the list of project activities.This paper mainly uses fs(finish start)logic relationship to sort the project activities,and uses PDM to draw the network structure diagram of project activities.After the resource estimation and time estimation of the project activities are completed,the project team formulates the schedule,uses the critical path method(CPM),finds out the critical path of 4G base station construction,and determines the total construction period of the project.This paper focuses on the summary of the methods applied in the process of project schedule management,and tries to establish a good practical standardized schedule management system based on NJ mobile 4G base station construction project,which can guide the construction of 4G base station,so as to help enterprises effectively improve the construction progress of 4G base station in the fierce market competition,accelerate the opening of 4G base station into the network,and quickly improve customer experience At the same time,good economic benefits have been achieved.
