In recent years, the international high-end projects laboratory experiment platform is becoming increasingly fierce, in a wide range of consideration in S institute by the General to proceed with a similar experimental platform C construction. Finally come to the C platform optimized automation and control projects to reduce significantly the period is feasible, after the progress of scientific research on the impact of the two most important aspects, that is, research questions and research plans for the personnel management issues analysis must, give a number of their own views and opinions; Finally Looking at part of the thesis analyzed the C platform for the construction of the project flow, the proposed development and the establishment of a web-based so as to form a platform for the management of the main project management system and platform for the project through the more important test equipment power flow of a detailed analysis shows that to form such kind of web-based management system implementation must provide a realistic basis.This thesis used a combination of theory and practice of the method to the management of major software applications and management practices in the use of traditional management methods of research in regard to scientific research institutes to enhance the background of the experimental platform for cutting-edge projects for the construction of the reference value.
