Base On CCPM IT Server Room Construction Project Progress Management

Project process management is of great value in project management industry.The efficiency of common project management methods can't match the users demand normally,it made the project management hard to adapt the modern project now.Therefore,here will choose the critical chain project management,(abbr.CCPM)which is the new way of project management skills to manage the IT server room construction project,and keep improving the management flow.With the development of Internet industry,IT server room providing plenty and reliable network resources and services as business services center.IT server room infrastructure construction become more and more important in data center engineering,to manage construction of IT server room must not have overlooked.Here base on the study of CCPM from prior researcher,integrated with IT server construction project,propose the adaptable process management method.To leverage this model can provide a powerful tool for IT server room construction project.Also,this article compares the traditional project management method CPM/PERT and CCPM on the management efficiency,the conclusion comes out that CCPM has higher value on IT server room construction field.
