Study On The Supply Chain Quality Management Information System Based On Web

Depending on the rising of supply chain management, there are changes in the contents and modes of quality management under environment of supply chain. The traditional model of quality management can not resolve the problems effectively. A serie of effective models of quality management should be established by researching the environment of supply chain management deeply.This article analyses the theory of supply chain management and the existing research in and out of country, therefore giving the shortcomings and improving way. It still analyses the specific demand of quality management under environment of supply chain. After that, the author shows the characteristics of quality management under environment of supply chain. The new quality management model charactered by initiative and total group and comprehensive process is brought forward in this research paper according to the analysis of relationship between supply chain management, ISO9000 and six-sigma. This model emphasizes on the quality management is a logic process under the process of environment of supply chain. This model lays the essence of total quality management, ISO9000 and six-sigma. The article explains this theory by several diagrams. The author applies BP network to the supply chain quality forecast, and designs reasonable network architecture. Then the paper gives out the validating result which is good at the supply chain quality forecast. With the direction of model of initiatively and comprehensive group and process quality management, the author chooses the HANS as research body. The HANS is representative corporation under the environment of supply chain. This research is from four aspects, one is supply chain quality planning, and another three are supply chain quality forecast, operation process of supplier quality management, management operation process of customer satisfication. Subsequently, designing the system of quality management basing on web, it contains function and database by analysis of diagrams of class chart. Finally, the author establishes the four as talked above systems for HANS. This system is surveillance the quality of beer in whole process, which achieves exceptional target.
