the purchase of raw materials,through the process from products to finished products,and finally through the promotion to consumers.It requires node enterprises to provide the best quality goods at the lowest cost.The supply chain management model can minimize the waste of resources,reduce the production cost of enterprises,improve the competitiveness of the entire industry,and enhance the profit margins of enterprises.The interdependence between enterprises is getting closer and closer,and only by connecting enterprises and upstream and downstream enterprises to jointly improve the benefits brought by the supply chain to consumers can we promote the overall benefits of the supply chain and then maximize the benefits of enterprises.Company S is a procurement office set up by a British e-commerce company in China,committed to providing one-stop procurement services for British parent companies in the Asia-Pacific region.Its British parent company is a long-established retailer with a history of more than 60 years,from its initial establishment through mail order to now develop into one of the top 10 online e-commerce in the UK,its vision is to provide every customer with high-quality and affordable shopping options,the main consumer group is mainly concentrated in the middle and below people,so that they can spend less money but can buy the products they want to own.With the increasing number of online e-commerce platforms,consumers are increasingly demanding online shopping experience,whether it is product price,performance,or quality.As a one-stop procurement service,S company undoubtedly needs to provide better supply chain services at the same time,so as to ensure that the parent company of S company has a certain product that can achieve sales profits.Since its establishment in 2003,Company S has been adhering to the supply chain management model that keeps pace with the times,but in the face of increasing consumer order requirements,uncertain demand from overseas parent companies,and rapidly changing product markets,the existing supply chain management methods can no longer meet the new needs.Highly sensitive and responsive market capability has become an important manifestation of enterprise market competitiveness,and the implementation of agile supply chain management mode has become the mainstream of modern enterprise development.Therefore,how S companies can understand the bottlenecks affecting the development of agility in the supply chain in more detail,whether the supply chain can quickly respond to the needs of the market and customers,and what indicators and methods to use to evaluate the agility of the supply chain and determine the future development direction has become the mainstream of research on agile supply chain issues.This paper selects Company S as the research object,and summarizes the current supply chain management based on the industry attributes of purchasing companies under the e-commerce platform and the agile supply chain as the consideration index.In order to effectively formulate the agile supply chain improvement strategy of S company,based on the agile supply chain theory,first of all,by sorting out and summarizing the existing processes of the enterprise,4 first-level evaluation indicators and 17 second-level evaluation indicators were established and questionnaires were issued,and questionnaires were issued to the company’s employees to discuss the causes of the problem,with the help of SPSS software statistics and other measurement methods and through quantitative analysis methods such as entropy weight method and fuzzy analysis method,and finally concluded that the overall supply chain agility of S company was between medium and good(3~4),which needs to be further improved.According to the weight of secondary indicators,it is found that the market information collection and processing speed,production process reorganization,informatization visibility and business process integration account for the highest weight,which shows that these four factors are the most important factors affecting the agility of the supply chain.After learning from the agile supply chain management ideas,starting from the four problems in the key improvement area in the agile supply chain of S company,the corresponding strategies are proposed for the agile supply chain of S company.First of all,by improving the business acumen of merch team and their awareness of products,the speed of market information processing is improved.Secondly,by improving the familiarity of suppliers and integrating supplier resources,strategic alliance of suppliers can be reached,so as to improve the reconfigurability of the production process of low delivery time adjustment of suppliers.Thirdly,by clarifying the responsibility scope of each department and position,integrating company resources and enhancing the awareness of communication culture,establishing communication mechanism,and thus improving the timeliness of information transmission among departments.Finally,by increasing the time line of each service node,optimizing the internal system and improving the level of information knowledge sharing,the degree of information visualization is improved.Through the proposal and implementation of targeted improvement schemes,the key deficiencies of the agile supply chain of S Company have been solved. |
