China State Construction Engineering Corporation(referred to as CSCEC)is One of the key state-owned enterprises,with construction and real estate as its core business.It's the only enterprise in the construction industry of China with three types of general contracting qualification of building,municipal and highway construction.It's main business is many,broad,numerous,and the enterprises have more than 30 second class units,hundreds of 3 units,and more than 200,000 employees,presents typical multi-scale and multi-level features.Because the information system used by its various molecular companies is independent and the data type used is not unified,it is difficult for the headquarters to control and supervise the business process of the various molecular units.It is more difficult to achieve the data summary and analysis of the headquarters to the various units,and it is difficult to guarantee the accuracy and timeliness of the data,and the other business systems such as human resource system and finance have difficulty in realizing the sharing and business cooperation of information.This topic is about CSCEC built across the unified human resources information management system(referred to as e-HR system).The important content of the design and development of this project is to establish a unified human resource management information system for CSCEC at the headquarters level.The topic also has a strong reference valueThrough the comprehensive analysis and technical evaluation of the system requirements,the overall structure adopts the B/S architecture,and the server is deployed uniformly by the headquarters of CSCEC,and the units are used for grading.The research content of this paper mainly includes the platform function and six business function modules.Platform functions include report,early warning platform,permission system and workflow;The six business modules are personnel management,salary management,performance management,recruitment management,training management and self-service system.The personnel management module includes personnel information maintenance,transfer and other business processing functions;The ompensation management includes staff compensation system maintenance,salary,welfare calculation and distribution,salary and other functions;The performance management can meet the different assessment methods from the personnel and departmental dimensions.The recruitment management can realize recruitment demand statistics,recruitment information release,personnel management and other functions;The training management can carry out training needs,statistics,training activities release,registration,training result records and other functions.Through research on this topic,the e-HR system of CSCEC has been realized.Currently,the e-HR system of CSCEC has completed functional testing and stress tests,which can meet the research needs.The system has been officially launched and put into use.
