With the rapid development of information technology, computer applications and network technologies become more sophisticated, human resources management is showing the trend of informationization, diversified information technology achievements, multimedia technology, new intelligent software applications and services are gradually applied in human resources management. Human resources management is gradually using computer technology, and computer software is widely used in human resource management, and the gradual establishment and improvement of human resources information database and human resources information system have played an important role in providing timely and accurate data decision support and reporting, forecasting human resource needs, strategic planning, career and promotion plans and evaluate human resources policies and practices.The study mainly about the company that the author worked in, the status of the company's human resources and the main problems were analyzed and combined with the current research and the actual situation of the company to build human resource management system. First of all, the research is on the basis of the actual human resource management function requirement of the system. Establish the function module structure of the system, and adopt the software engineering methods to design the processes of the entire system architecture. In the system requirements analysis process, we design use case diagram based on user requirements, case driven model is used to communicate with users to determine the system function modules.The system is based on Brower / Server architecture, to facilitate the senior staff to carry on company's online management. Using the UML to analyze the system, role-based access control mechanism.The theory of modern human resource management is used in this paper, combined with current situation of human resource management informationization to design a set of human resource management system. In this paper, the human resources management system is established to be unified with the related data of human resources management, integrated into a unified data source, to help the company's human resources manager to manage and plan human resources management. This paper specifies the design and implementation of human resources management system, the main contents are: employee file management, attendance management, job evaluation, personnel changes, recruitment management, performance management, training management, rules management and so on. The paper also gives the technical framework and overall structural design of the system, and finally introduces some key features of the system design and implementation.
