With the continuous deepening and rapid development of China's aerospace enterprise reform,aerospace enterprises urgently need to establish a highly efficient talent management system.Scientific and reasonable staff performance appraisal systems have far-reaching impact and significance on improving staff's work enthusiasm.Therefore,it is necessary to develop and continuously improve a set of effective performance appraisal system for aerospace enterprises.According to the actual needs of the staff performance appraisal management of the Aerospace Enterprise,this paper first carried out the detailed demand analysis.Based on this,through constructing the performance appraisal system based on the appraisal project,the examination plan and the appraisal index realized the appraisal to the staff.The system can use a variety of assessment programs,the different level of the staff at different levels of assessment,reflecting the diversity and expansion of the assessment;Aerospace Enterprise staff performance appraisal Management system can the enterprise internal organization,staff,assessment items,assessment indicators,assessment programs and assessment feedback core business information,Data management.The system includes organization,staff information,assessment items,assessment process,assessment and statistics collection and assessment complaints,such as core management modules,based on the MVC framework,through the My SQL database organization and management of data,using the Java language programming.After testing,the system runs stably,and the function meets the needs of the work unit,and achieves the expected goal.At present,the Aerospace enterprise staff performance appraisal Management system has been used in the aerospace enterprise staff performance appraisal work.The use of this system greatly reduces the difficulty of performance appraisal,reduces the work intensity of performance appraisal,makes the human resources department of Aerospace Enterprise be able to carry on scientific,systematic and accurate assessment and evaluation to the staff's work performance,which provides a strong support and guarantee for the construction and development of aerospace enterprises.
