With the development of our market economy, all walks of fierce competition, enterprises are facing various challenges, how to enhance the strength of enterprises, so that enterprises in the development of the market economy tide occupies a position is an important problem, more and more enterprises realized by improving the enterprise management to meet the challenge. Enterprise management is mainly about people management, performance appraisal is a visual evaluation work personnel in enterprises is particularly important. performance appraisal results feedback mechanism is not perfect, the discrepancy between the performance index and enterprise strategic goals, performance indicators can not science and other defects. The company needed a suitable performance appraisal system of the enterprise, combined with the strategic goal of the enterprise, the enthusiasm of employees to call, enterprises gain the competitive advantage.Performance appraisal is the evaluation scheme of an employee performance, the principle and method of system to assess the employee’s work attitude, work performance and work results. Enterprises in the performance appraisal of the employees, if the perfect performance appraisal system, the implementation of more effective, to achieve business development goals, improve employee satisfaction and sense of responsibility of enterprises; if the performance appraisal do not, will cause the employee lax attitude, no sense of responsibility and the sense of achievement.In this paper, the technology of software development at present popular research analysis, determined based on the J2EE platform, B/S framework for the development, the front page design using JSP dynamic webpage development technology, Javascript scripting language, the backstage business logic processing using Java language, SQL Server2008database management data structure, database access technology is implemented using Hibernate technology. The performance appraisal management system to achieve the system settings, user management, assessment, report management, examination of comprehensive query and other functions.The application system can update department.Department employee information; evaluation index of performance evaluation to the background set, can be customized according to user needs; staff can be batch operation of performance appraisal, for different roles in different evaluation index evaluation; evaluation data using FLASH technology to display graphically, so that enterprises can focus on data analysis and data mining; evaluation data to support the WORD, EXCEL document, PDF format to check and print etc.The performance appraisal system for the enterprise to fully consider the practicality of the system,provides the system settings, for different Enterprise Inc, provides the assessment indicators, assessment content and other kinds of system setting function, thus, most companies according to the company staff appraisal for setting assessment standards to the use of the system.
