Performance appraisal is a practical management methods to determine employeeperformance, and also necessary measure to reflect the value of employees. Traditionalperformance appraisal almost assess from superior to subordinate layer by layer, they areinteractive and have certain limitations. Modern enterprise performance appraisal inaccordance with the performance standards, Using scientific evaluation methods to evaluatestaff task completion, the extent and development of job fulfillment.Based on analysis of the status of a securities company human resource and combinedwith state-of-the-art assessment philosophy, this paper design a new assessment system.Through the system, we can break the level limit, take self-assessment and interactionassessment between employees. System eventually multi-disciplinary examination results,quantitative analysis, formate the test results, and display results in text and charts.Assessment activities taken by this system is high interactive, has standard process, the resultis high reliability and persuasive, it improves the scientific and efficient of corporation humanresources’s management.This paper take basic information of the employees by employee information,organizational structure, permission settings, and to-do information interface of the companyOA system, based on this, it finishes the year-end appraisal, positive assessment, goal setting,and basic configuration module of performance appraisal system by using SSH framework. Inthe specific module the system divids users into four Roles, the HR manager, assessmentmanager, the person be evaluated and feedback people, by sending to-do information, itmakes various types of users collaborate orderly and takes assessment activities methodically.The system has been used in the company and it has taken2012year-end appraisal and2013employee goal setting. The successful implementation of this project standardizes the appraisal system of the company, improves the level of performance appraisal, and achievesthe expected goal.
