Chemicals flood people's lives,and some of them are called dangerous chemicals.These dangerous chemicals are prone to various types of safety accidents.Starting from the perspective of industry development and building a harmonious society,the following issues have become an increasingly focused focus in the safety field: how to take effective measures to manage hazardous chemicals.Emergency disposal,thus minimizing the loss of hazardous chemical accidents.At the same time,due to the improper storage or use of hazardous chemicals,such accidents and cases that endanger public safety should also be avoided.Through the means of scientific and technological means,the management of hazardous chemicals can be realized.Work shifts from traditional mode to modern mode.According to China's current management requirements for hazardous chemicals and the current situation of China's management of hazardous chemicals,combined with the actual situation,design and implementation of emergency software for hazardous chemicals.Establish auxiliary software for emergency disposal of hazardous chemicals and effectively manage hazardous chemical units and targets for emergency resources such as hospitals,public security,and fire protection.The article first carried out in-depth and detailed research and analysis of the requirements;in the system design part,the database,input and output interfaces were designed in detail.In the implementation part of the system,the B/S system model was adopted.Using the PHP programming language,MySQL was used as a database for design.The overall architecture of the system was first analyzed,and then an iterative development model was used to perform multiple iterations of the overall system functions.Constantly update the system version and fix some bugs and defects in the system.Ultimately,the emergency assistance software has the features of perfect function,good interface and excellent performance.The system rigorously manages the permissions of the roles.For different roles,the system grants different permissions so that different system roles can only use the functions corresponding to their own roles after they log in to the system.In the introduction part of this thesis,the background and significance of the system research are rationalized.Then it introduced in detail the relevant technologies that may need to be used in the design and implementation of the system.Then the system needs the functional requirements analysis and processing,and in accordance with the system needs analysis results,detailed design of the system's functions and databases.Finally,a black box test was performed on the functional modules of the system.Through the test results,it can be concluded that the functional design of the system has reached the expected requirements.After analyzing the test results of the emergency system for hazardous chemicals emergency treatment,we can see that the system can meet the needs of most hazardous chemicals in emergency handling,and can improve the efficiency of its work,and it is most effective for emergency treatment of a large number of dangerous chemicals.In view of the current operation and usage,it has good stability,has a great role in boosting business throughput and overall efficiency,and can therefore be promoted on a large scale.
