In China, most hazardous chemicals are stored in the way of pallet stacking, which is lack of effective technology tools for supervising the five distances of hazardous chemicals. Ultra Wideband (UWB) technology could locate hazardous chemicals in warehouse better, but the positioning accuracy is still unable to meet the requirements of the five-distance regulation. In this paper, UWB technology is used to monitor the five-distance of dangerous chemicals in warehouse. This paper proposed the reference point correction method through the positioning principle and error analysis of UWB. The reference point error vector is used to correct the positioning error of hazardous chemicals to improve the positioning accuracy of the goods. However, the selection of reference points in the reference point correction algorithm is not entirely reasonable, and the correction area is too large. Considering the distance between the reference point of the goods to be measured is far from the reference point, the error correction effect is very poor. Aiming at these two problems, Thiessen polygon vector correction algorithm is innovatively proposed in this paper. According to the actual environment and characteristics of hazardous chemicals, the reference points are not equidistant and also encrypt the reference points, so there are more areas to be divided. Then the range of the reference point in the vector correction can be expressed by the Thiessen polygon, and positioning accuracy is further improved. This paper shows that Thiessen polygon vector correction algorithm can effectively improve the precision of stacking goods in the storage of hazardous chemicals, and is suitable for supervising the five-distance of hazardous chemicals.
