In recent years,China's hazardous chemicals warehouse explosion accidents occur frequently,which exposed many of the problems that exist in China's hazardous chemicals warehouse,such as logistics inefficiency,lack of information technology,lack of effective means of monitoring and so on.This not only needs to improve the monitoring and control of hazardous chemicals warehouses and improve the logistics efficiency,but also need to build an efficient and intelligent information system.Taking the hazardous chemicals warehouse as the research object and UWB positioning and the intra-warehouse path planning as the main research techniques,this paper designs and implements the embryonic form of the hazardous chemicals warehouse management system.The main research contents include:1.Non-line-of-sight positioning algorithm modeling and verification.This paper presents a non-line-of-sight suppression algorithm in LOS/NLOS hybrid environment.According to the probability of NLOS and LOS propagation,the algorithm establishes the objective function by using the approximate maximum likelihood method and selects the improved firefly algorithm to find the position of the measured point.The method neither needs to calculate the initial position nor need to discard any measurement information,and the non-line-of-sight situation is greatly suppressed compared with other algorithms.2.Modeling and validation of robot dynamic path planning problem in hazardous materials warehouse.This paper presents an improved artificial fish swarm algorithm that is suitable for solving the problem of dynamic environment path planning in robots.The algorithm not only applies to the model of hazardous chemicals warehouse,but also can be applied to other environments.The algorithm proposed a swarm swallowing strategy to improve the artificial fish swarm algorithm.The improved artificial fish swarm algorithm was used to search the optimal path in the feasible region,and the obstacle avoidance strategy to adapt to the dynamic environment was proposed.The algorithm is superior to the traditional artificial fish swarm algorithm,which can effectively obtain the optimal path without collision.3.Dangerous goods warehouse management system design and implementation.Not only contains the traditional warehouse management,but also contains special information on the precautions of hazardous chemicals.The system also applies the above two algorithms,judging the location of hazardous chemicals intelligently and displaying the path planning.In this paper,the system is divided into three parts,sub-modules that show the path planning of the library,sub-modules to determine the location of hazardous chemicals,and a database that carries all the information.
