In recent years, the hazardous chemicals warehouses have become a time bomb that seriously threat to the residents who live nearby them with the rapid development of petrochemical industry and the increasing species of dangerous chemical. Therefore, how to manage and monitor the hazardous chemicals warehouses to avoid the accidents has become an urgent problem to the security sector and related businesses.According to statistics, the human factor is still the main factor in the accidents. So strengthening the supervision of the entrances of the warehouses is an effective way to solve the problem. This topic make full use of existing technologies, such as computer vision, embedded system and sensor technology, and design an intelligent monitoring system for hazardous chemicals warehouse entrances based on ARM after having deeply analyzed and researched the existing relevant systems in domestic and foreign.Firstly, this paper introduced the theory and key technologies of intelligent monitoring system, including the moving target detection, target recognition and tracking algorithms, and proposed an improved tracking algorithm that combined with CamShift and Gaussian mixture model. Then, this paper analyzed and designed the framework for the system. The system is divided into two parts, front-end and backend subsystem. The front-end subsystem uses the S3C6410 CPU as the core hardware platform, and embedded Linux system as the core software platform, and Qt Creator as the development tools. Back-end subsystem is the client that provides displaying, controlling and alarming functions and so on. In this paper, the video analysis module uses OpenCV2 programming. OpenCV is an open source cross-platform computer vision library, by using the visual library greatly simplifies the development of video analysis module. Finally, this paper introduced the implementation methods of the system and tested the system. Experimental results showed that the system achieves the requirements of design. |
