Design And Implementation Of Logistics Management System For Hazardous Chemicals Based On SSH Framework

With the rapid development of China’s economy, the demand of hazardous chemicals in various fields is increasing, and the transportation of hazardous chemicals between different regions are also increasingly frequently.Because of the particularity of dangerous chemicals,it is particularly important to ensure the safety of hazardous chemicals transportation.However, there are still the following security vulnerabilities in the logistics transport management of hazardous chemicals.The hazardous chemicals are easily influenced by the environmental conditions in the tank of the vehicle.User can not make the vehicles be maintained for knowing less about the usage of vehicles.User can’t query timely the detailed information of vehicle driver and cargo. User can not plan the vehicle route because user can’t position the vehicle accurately. In order to solve the above problems in the transportation of hazardous chemicals, This paper decide to design the hazardous chemicals logistics management system which is based on the SSH framework.This paper analyzes the J2EE architecture and we introduced SSH framework which includes Struts2 framework, Hibernate4 framework and Spring3 framework.It also use the MVC architecture and the AOP architecture to develop the system.And the paper choose the MYSQL database to store data which is collected by vehicle terminal equipment or is input by hand.Besides, the paper choose the JSP technology to achieve the sysytem function that the web page is displayed.This paper achieves some system functions which are about monitoring vehicle environment state,displaying the vehicle location on the map,Managing logistics information and the vehicle information,making prompts warning.The hazardous chemicals logistics management system has the following characteristics:1) The system can monitor the environmental parameters such as temperature in the vehicle tank which carry hazardous chemicals.And the system provides the function about prompts warning which can judge the abnormal state of the hazardous chemicals transportation. That will help the administrator to find the problem and prevent the occurrence of accidents in time;2) The system collect the vehicle data such as longitude and latitude,speed. Besides,the system uses the commonly used Baidu Maps API and JSP technology to achieve the function which display the position of the vehicle on an electronic map and track inquiries;By making some tests about the hazardous chemicals logistics management system,the test result confirm that the system fulfill the various functional modules, the system is fully in line with the needs of the design. Logistics systems for hazardous chemicals in transit transport has good practicality, has good market prospects and social benefits.
