With the increasingly fierce competition in the market economy,the competition among enterprises has essentially transformed into the competition of human resource allocation in enterprises.Under the new information environment,it becomes a main topic for enterprises how to allocate talents resources more efficiently and valuably.Especially as people's living standards continue to increase,the demand for green,healthy and high quality agricultural products makes consumers more and more demanding for agricultural enterprises.Therefore,agricultural enterprises should pay more attention to the management of human resources to meet the needs of consumers and stand out in the market competition.As the large demand for human resources,the agricultural enterprises have more employees and become more difficult in management.The traditional management registers the related management affairs of the employees and the agricultural enterprises in the form of paper.This kind of arrangement not only wastes a lot of manpower and material resources,but also brings a lot of inconvenience to the management of the company's affairs,such as the delay of the information transmission to the Department and the staff.Therefore,the improvement of human resources management in agricultural enterprises has become very urgent.Especially for the representatives of the enterprises in transition from the traditional agriculture to the emerging intensive agriculture,the research and reform of their human resources management can promote the human resources information development of the national agricultural enterprises and then enhance the overall competitiveness of Chinese enterprises.Firstly,The purposes of this paper aims at the free service companies,in view of the human resource management research analysis and understanding the relevant theoretical basis to ensure that the theoretical application of thesis writing was sufficiently substantial.Secondly,after explanation of the theory,the system design and demonstration are carried out based on the actual business management process of Hong Xing company,mainly from the system requirements,system design and planning,system detailed design and system testing and improvement,to ensure the usability and practicality of the research design.The system of this thesis is designed by using MYECLIPSE development tool and JAVA,JSP technology for the system design and the frame construction,and choosing the most popular relational database MYSQL technology for the data storage and the computer build-in TOMACAT for the server.This system has the functions of announcement management,attendance management,user management,staff management,salary management and so on.Through the design and implementation of login module,announcement module,attendance module,user management module,employee module and salary module,etc.,a human resource management forecast model is proposed to provide a relatively low-cost but easy-to-manage management platform for Red Star enterprise management.The use of this system can more reasonably allocate various resources,including the staff,for agricultural enterprises and avoid unreasonable distribution and waste.It also provides a more convenient management platform and achieves the high-efficiency of information processing,which alleviates the company's common problems during the human resource management process,and enhances the company's human resources management level.
