Abstract/Summary:
Since the beginning of the 21 st century,all major colleges and universities have been committed to digital campus construction,and strive to complete the campus management informationization as soon as possible.However,for human resource management,due to the particularity and importance of its work,S universities have not adopted the information system for management,but adopted the traditional paper management mode or the backward computer management mode.Many colleges and universities have independent human resource management.Their information and information are blocked and cannot be shared,and their security cannot be effectively guaranteed.At present,many domestic software technology companies have developed a lot of human resource management systems.However,they do not provide separate human resource management systems for universities.To use the systems they develop,they must use a full set of digital campus management systems.It is unacceptable,requires a lot of investment and wastes resources.Therefore,for S colleges and universities,it is imperative to develop a human resource management system suitable for the school as soon as possible.The M university human resource management system developed in this paper is based on the actual human resource management status of a university,combined with the current popular MVC three-layer development model for system research and development.When developing the system,it fully investigated the defects and deficiencies of the human resources management system of similar universities,and adopted technical and logical means to avoid such problems,thus ensuring the stability and operational reliability of the system.The main work of this paper is as follows:(1)The current situation of human resources management in M ??colleges is investigated and analyzed,and similar researches at home and abroad are studied.On this basis,the development and design goals of M university human resource management system are put forward.(2)Combining the actual situation of M colleges and the human resources management workflow,the requirements of the system are put forward,the main functional modules of the system are determined,and the mature technology is used to realize it.(3)Perform functional and performance tests on the implemented system in order to discover the functional defects of the system and correct them in time.
