With the information era coming, people’s life has greatly changed.Informatization’s construction of our enterprise in our country has been taking the newsteps. Informatization, network makes the information sharing and communication moreefficient, but also it greatly improve the work efficiency of the people. Human resourcemanagement system in enterprise management is an important component, not only itprovides the company require for the basic operation of the management, but also agreat reference for the lead of the company in doing strategy based on data. And nowhow to use the Internet computer technology to design more in line with therequirements of the enterprise human resources management system is the hot researchcontent.This paper takes V company as an example, and it accurately grasp the company’sneeds of human resources management, including not only the demand of traditionalhuman resources management, but also the demand of integration productionmanagement into the system through a lot of discussion, analysis, the use case diagram,Transaction Flow Diagram. The system framework and the module of each subsystem isscientificly setted up, based on the B/S model including Browser/Middleware/Serverthree layer structure, and whose logical structure is clear, whose module is highlyindependent, meanwhile, it takes consideration of the system stability and expansibility,so system’s reusability is strong.It programs using the powerful ASP.NET and VisualC#under the.NET Framework4. Entity conceptual structure of database system issetted up using E-R chart, and based it the actual logic structure is designed. We useSQL Server2000that scalable software as database. At the same time, it uses AJAXtechnology that makes the communication between client and server modeasynchronous, and it reduces client’s redundant requests. Interface style of system issimple and unified. The system passed the functional testing and performance testing.The HR management system is greatly compliance with the requirements of thecompany.
