With the development of social economy and information technology matures,any enterprise's survival and development needs to consider the efficiency problem,for the core of enterprise management personnel management needs to be in the talent employment,employee training,employee attendance,payroll accounting,etc,to achieve accurate,scientific,standardized management,and provide a steady stream of talents for the enterprise development.Under the influence of traditional personnel management thinking,if the traditional personnel manager is still dominant,the archiving,accounting and statistics of personnel materials by paper at the upper and lower levels are bound to be detrimental to the talent management of enterprises,and even affect the survival of enterprises in the increasingly fierce market environment.This article proposed the human resources management system based on Internet thinking for problem solving,represented by information technology and Internet technology currently has a good technical environment,application environment,requires enterprises to meet the needs of their own development,in order to develop its own software system,make the system play its technology,platform,process specification,the data processing efficiency,convenient statistics,facilitate the archive,and other advantages.Based on the actual situation of an enterprise and the existing advanced software engineering theory and technology,this paper designs and develops a Web-based human resource management system.The overall architecture of this system is designed based on Internet platform,used the Web such as Asp.Net,JQuery,Web Service technology on the solution of the key problems in the system and implementation,the key to realize the system of personnel file management,attendance management,salary welfare management,training management,system Settings module,meet the system through the Web Service technology with enterprise existing assets management system,sales system technology such as seamless docking,guaranteed the enterprise save again in terms of technology research and development and procurement costs,It makes a good business relationship between multiple systems.The system also focuses on solving the problem of out-of-office attendance of the company's existing business personnel.Through Web technology,it establishes interface connection with the geographical location information system and realizes mobile attendance management for business personnel.In this paper,software engineering theory and UML modeling tools are fully applied to realize the scientific analysis and design of the system.
