In recent years,the wind power industry has developed rapidly,so the wind power informatization has become an important aspect to enhance enterprise comprehensive strength.Human resource management is the core of wind power enterprise management,which is the key to talent construction and training and management.As an important technical means,the APP of human resource management plays an important role in the enterprise informatization.With the human resources management business of the new energy company as the background,solving the problems of employee decentralization,the frequent field work,the lagging of the core operational data and the backward of coordinated management,build an APP system for human resource management.The layering topology has been realized in the system,and the client mainly has been implemented by Android framework architecture,and the background web system has been implemented by SpringMVC framework technology.According to the practicability of human resource management,the modules of the system application layer are constituted of the notice,the employee information,the mobile attendance,and the approval process and so on.The common interface services used HTTP communication technology between the android client and the server,and used the JSON data format to reduce the data flow,and added PUSH message technology pushing the message from the background system to the android client to improve system response.According to the application scenarios,the database used SharedPreferences,SQLite to promote the convenience of system.The SharedPreferences is used in the user preferences and the configuration settings,and the SQLite is used in the client data store.In the respect of mobile attendance module,proposed a GPS/Wi-Fi mixed strategy algorithm,effectively improved the availability.The system has been running for more than one year stablely and efficiently,and it has improved the work efficiency efficaciously.
