According to our companies’ Human resource planning in2010to build andperfect Group’s human resources management system, this issue will develop ahuman resource management information system for adapting company’sdevelopment.The original human resources system is mainly focused in managing employees’information, whose management model can’t fit the development of our enterprise.The main target of this system is to promote companies’ human resourcesmanagement toward systematic, scientific, standardized and automation, to fullymobilize the enthusiasm of the staff, to reduce the operating costs of enterprise, toexpand enterprise’s human capital, and to realize the maximization of corporate profits.This system is not only a simple information management system for humanresources department, but also an information management center and personnelassistance system for entire enterprise, to strengthen exchanges between enterprisemanagement and staff. This system will design an exchange center, build a scientifichuman resources development and employee performance appraisal system, whichcan effectively encourage employees and enhance the literacy of the whole staff.This paper will analysis industry situation, our company human resourcemanagement department’s requirement and the feasibility of this system, design thedemand modeling, complete the system function module designing, databasedesigning and system architecture designing, and achieve the detailed design ofmodules.
