The development of modern enterprise is inseparable from the support of network and Internet technology.To have a firm footing in the rapid development of the Internet,it is not only necessary to master the core technologies,but also to realize modern human resource management.Attendance management system plays an indispensable role in modern human resource management,and its development is changing with each passing day.There are general attendance systems for most enterprises,as well as individual customized attendance systems for enterprises.In addition to providing basic attendance functions,they also show a major trend of evolution,namely,the mining and analysis of attendance data.Attendance management is no longer just the collection of attendance data in the traditional sense,but also needs to dig out the attendance characteristics and human characteristics expressed in the attendance data.Use this as a support to conduct scientific attendance analysis,provide reference opinions for the human transfer between departments and the recruitment plan of each department.In this way,that provide data support for the policy decision on human,and also provide convenience for the development and management of enterprise.Therefore,it is very necessary to customize an attendance system that conforms to the enterprise management concept according to the current situation of the enterprise.Starting from the actual situation of the enterprise,this thesis comprehensively analyzes the five major problems in the current attendance management of the enterprise,including the non-sharing of system information,the shortcomings of the one-card system,the time-consuming and labor-intensive manual attendance analysis,the low efficiency of paper processes and real-time query difficulty in attendance.Based on the development trend of attendance management,this thesis conducts a comprehensive demand analysis on the attendance system,formulates system goals,designs and implements a set of H enterprise attendance management system in accordance with enterprise process rules and work regulations.The system mainly consists of five functional modules,including employee application module,attendance analysis module,statistical analysis module,employee ordering module and system management module.The system realizes the basic functions of rest,vacation and meal ordering.It unifies the attendance data of the one-card system,the gate system and the Xinhong system,can analyze attendance from multiple dimensions such as overtime intensity and overtime trend,and perform real-time statistical analysis from the manpower analysis,the check-in rate analysis and other aspects.In the early stage of this thesis,use case diagrams are used to analyze the five major functional modules,and a brief analysis of the non-functional requirements of the attendance system from the aspects of availability and system performance.In the middle stage,the system technology architecture,network architecture and functional architecture are designed on the basis of demand analysis.The design of important functions is explained in detail through class diagrams,sequence diagrams,and structure diagrams.It focuses on the design of the classes and methods involved in the employee application module,and focuses on the formula and calculation method used by the attendance analysis module.At the same time,the data is designed in detail through the ER diagram and the database table.In the later stage,on the basis of detailed design,the main functions of the system and the effects of system beautification functions such as theme switching and color selection are displayed through flowcharts and front-end page screenshots.At the same time,the key functions are tested and explained through the test case table.The system uses B/S architecture model for web development.The front-end uses the React for JavaScript,and the back-end uses the Spring Boot for Java,which improves development efficiency.The database adopts the MySQL database and uses Navicat to develop and manage the database,which improves speed and flexibility.The system realizes the sharing.and unification of data in multiple systems,ensuring the comprehensiveness and accuracy of attendance data.The online management process solves the time-consuming and labor-consuming problem of employees applying for approval.It analyzes attendance data from four dimensions,querys statistical analysis data in real time,and liberates the personnel commissioner from complicated charts.It not only improves the work efficiency of employees,but also provides data support for enterprise attendance management.
