Human resource is the main body of the production and operation of theenterprise. Reasonable development and utilization of human resource can increaseenterprise productivity and competitiveness. With the development of informationtechnology and the increase of enterprise management level, the enterprise dependson HRMIS more and more and the requirements for the system are also improved.Innovation of software development technology offers possibility for efficient andeasy to maintain HRMIS. This essay studies HRMIS based on SOA and offers thedevelopment and application program for it.This essay is based on Jinzhou KaiYuan Petrochemical Co., LTD, and is part ofinformation construction after reorganization of the enterprise. Starting from demandanalysis of HRMIS, the essay studies its development conditions and related criticaltechniques in the construction process and selects open, scalable and well-adapteddesign program to meet future development requirements of the enterprise for systemapplication. Encapsulating the application modules of human resource managementwith service as the unit, the program realizes information sharing and businessprocess through connecting standard connectors and enterprise service bus. It canoffer information services, such as file management, personnel call, compensationbenefit, skill training, attendance assessment and others in the process of humanresource management. Meanwhile, the personnel archive department of the companycan also offer identity recognition and identification for the enterprise as well as offersolving program for system login and authorization in the construction of enterpriseinformation. The implementation and application of HRMIS can shorten businessprocessing time, strengthen transparency of management, increase management level,realize intelligent analysis of configuration and requirement of human resource andoffer information support for enterprise decisions.
