A Study On The Performance Evaluation Of County-level Public Library Service

With the development of social economy,the transformation of government functions in many areas of China to carry out the practice of government procurement services,the library industry has begun to be involved.At present,many parts of our country use the government to purchase library services to the public to provide services,there are some typical cases,but the relevant theoretical research is not much,and most of the cases for government procurement services performance evaluation is not Attention,only the contract provides some of the hard targets to assess,most of them did not form a system performance evaluation system.Thus,the establishment of a system of assessment system is the government to buy public library services to be solved.This paper takes the performance evaluation system of government purchase service of district public library as the research object,mainly studies the following aspects.First,the government to buy district-level public library service performance evaluation of the relevant theory and concepts.Second,the government to buy district-level public library services specific case analysis.Thirdly,it analyzes the problems that the government has in evaluating the performance of the public library service at the district level.Fourth,to build a third party assessment organization to assess the main body of the entire government to purchase public library services to determine the whole process to build performance evaluation index system.Hoping to have some reference for the future government to purchase district-level public library service performance evaluation.
