| The county-level public libraries are important parts of the basic public cultural service system of our country,and minors are important objects of public cultural Services in county-level public libraries.In the context of the vigorous development of the national reading activity,the county-level public libraries are responsible for improving the reading ability of minors.As a county public library,the public library of Qinglong Manchu Autonomous County still lags behind in the service level and service quality of minors.The research on the service of minors in the public library of Qinglong Manchu Autonomous County can not only cultivate the interest of minors,but also improve the service ability of minors,and provide references for other county-level libraries facing similar situations.The paper has carried out in-depth study on the provision of service to minors in the public library of Qinglong Manchu Autonomous County,through interview method,questionnaire survey method,literature research method,the paper summarizes the problems existing in the provision of service to minors in the public library of Qinglong County,analyses the reasons of the problems,and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures.The survey finds that there are problems in the provision of service to minors in the public library of Qinglong Manchu Autonomous County: the collection of books and electronic facilities are not complete and the utilization rate is low;the lack of understanding of public libraries in minors;not providing age grading reading instruction service for minors;network utilization are not sufficient.This paper analyzes the reasons from four aspects: internal management,service mode,service personnel,develop conditions and emphasis on network.And it also puts forward the countermeasures of improving internal management,improving the service mode,constructing conditions for carrying out minors' reading guidance service and exploiting the Internet. |
