With the rapid development of modernization in China,the demand for engineering machinery with advanced technology and superior performance has become more and more great.At present,the construction machinery maintenance,scheduling,supervision is more chaotic,the deployment of the information system function is relatively single,the construction machinery scheduling has a certain upgrade,but cannot fundamentally solve and ensure that the construction machinery in the process of quality and quantity to complete the work.At this time,how to improve the construction machinery management have become an urgent problem,involving the reduction of maintenance times,to ensure construction safety,real-time information feedback and enhance the universality and many other problems.Based on the target company,this paper designs and realizes the data acquisition terminal of the engineering machinery on the basis of the Internet of Things,as follows:(1)The Bus communication protocol is determined.Through the inspection of relevant data to determine,the company's production of construction machinery mainly through the can bus and each vehicle electronic control unit(ECU)communication and calibration,communication protocol for CAN2.0 Part A,the terminal is essential to determine the necessary can bus communication module.However,because high-speed can(Hs-can)and low speed can(Ls-can)are incompatible on the physical layer,so there are two types of can bus communication on the terminal.In addition,some of the early production of engineering machinery is through RS232,RS485 as a communication protocol,so the terminal also needs to support the above two kinds of communication.All the bus communication protocols required by the terminal are determined.(2)Data acquisition Terminal Core processor selection.The powerful processor enables the data acquisition terminal to be able to handle in a large amount of processing,finally selected the stm32f407 microcontroller,art technology,the CORTEXT-M4 performance to the extreme.(3)Data acquisition Terminal software programming.Keil as a powerful integrated development environment(IDE)can make programming work with a multiplier,high target size rate,compact structure and easy to understand.(4)Data acquisition Terminal Test.Electromagnetic compatibility testing(EMC)needs to meet automotive electronics standards.The GPS/BD module performance test guarantees the terminal to have the good localization ability.The GPRS module communication performance test to ensure the terminal networking and communication unblocked.Protection level can achieve IP65 protection level.High and low temperature tests are used to test the effect of temperature and humidity changes on terminal performance.(5)Analyze the test results,summarize the insufficiency and optimize the terminal.The terminal in the promotion of enterprise management efficiency,to ensure construction safety,supervision of construction quality has played a significant role in improving the construction machinery management of good sustainable development lay a solid foundation.
