Research & Development About Management System For Construction Machinery's Remote Monitoring

In recent years, with our comprehensive national strength's improving continuously, the needs of construction machinery in construction of infrastructure facilities are also growing. At the same time, because of the poor working environment and regular operation in overload, the accidents occurred frequently. The accident was due to various reasons. But if the engineering machinery equipment would have been monitored completely and early warning measures were taken, it would have been occured in a very small probability. At present, with the continuous development of the network technology, Internet technology has been penetrated into all fields, engineering machinery's online remote monitoring and fault warning may become feasible.In this paper, a deep research mainly in the design of Construction Machinery Remote Monitoring System's structure and the development and implementation on two subsystems of it has been done basing on theoretical research and engineering practice.First, it realized the design of Construction Machinery Remote Monitoring Software System's structure. And then gradually began with its two components (Platform for Equipment's Remote Monitoring and Platform for Equipment Information's Management) one by one. Then discussed the advantages and disadvantages of several wireless communications at present, determine the ultimate wireless communications case. According to needs of the project, it designed the main functional modules of Platform for Equipment's Remote Monitoring and Platform for Equipment Information's Management. Then choose a suitable development platform of database, analysis the information needs of database, finished database's design.Next, it discussed the development of Platform for Equipment's Remote Monitoring. Some key technology-related involved in WebGIS module's design and implementation are discussed. Then it discussed the realization of specific functional modules of Platform for Equipment's Remote Monitoring.At last, there is a details introduction of the Platform for Equipment Information's Management.
