With the boost of our national economy, machinery manufacturing and transportation industry develop quickly. As an important part of manufacturing industry, construction machinery in China is developing fast and stable. Especailly, it has good economic efficiency, perfect market share and strong competition ability. However, how to further improve the international competitiveness, how to promote the technical renovation, and how to advance the informatization level has been widely concerned in construction machinery enterprises, especially in remote monitoring domainConsidering the request for reliable and real-time data in intelligent construction machinery, the GPRS and GPS technology were adopted in remote mobile construction machinery equipment for the locating and tracking, on-line monitoring, remote debugging, fault alarm, maintenance and experts diagnosis. As a result, the remote management and maintenance ability were improved effectively in construction machinery.The structure of remote monitoring management system for construction machinery was introduced in this paper firstly. Then, the five parts in the system.vehicle controller design, GPS terminal design, information processing center design, database design and remote real-time monitor management platform design were briefly discussed.Aimed the requirements of state monitoring and remote data transmission for crane car, a new intelligent controller hardware platform was designed in this paper. The hardware platform had52traditional electrical interfaces and2CAN bus interfaces. And it had the functions of data storage, enhanced CAN bus information collection and fault diagnosing. In order to improve the stablity of construction machinery equipment, the fault trees for the machinery were established in this paper. And the fault diagnosis system was realized by the means of fuzzy neural network intelligence reasoning algorithm. Finally, a remote monitoring management platform was developed in this paper based on construction mechanical product characteristics. And the remote real-time monitor for machinery operating conditions was realized, at the same time, it could also be displayed by the way of virtual instrument graphical interface. Meanwhile, the function of construction machinery operation analysis and statistical was designed. And so, the playback for construction mechanical equipment with graphical interface was realized through data mining and statistical analysis in abundant of machinery operation information by using the trend analysis and database analysis tools.
