Study On The Measuring Of E-government Information Resources Perceived Value In Open Data Environment

In recent years,with the rapid development and improvement of information technology,governments of all countries have implemented the policy of opening up data and open government data on the Internet.Anybody can access and use government affairs information without restrictions,and thus better satisfy the public Information needs.However,what is the public's awareness of government information resources in an open data environment and whether it can effectively obtain the necessary government information? How do these scholars conduct research on this issue? Therefore,there is a need for government information resources.This article is divided into six parts: The first part summarizes the domestic and foreign research literatures and reviews the current research situation.Second,Sorted out,summed up and summed up the theoretical research related to awareness value,and then put forward the concept of the value of the awareness of government information resources,and the value of the awareness value,influencing factors,and the awareness of government information resources in the open data environment.The appeal was analyzed in depth.The third part is the measurement mechanism and path description of the value of the awareness of government information resources in the open data environment.It also systematically analyzes the measurement power,measurement angle and measurement path of the value of the awareness of government information resources.In the fourth section,based on the four perspectives of information acquisition,information awareness,information users and information environment,the measurement indicators for the value of the awareness of government information resources were designed.Through the pre-test questionnaire factoranalysis and principal component analysis,the measurement index was revised.The formal questionnaire test results and index cluster analysis further validate the scientificness and rationality of the index system set up,and thus determine the index system of awareness value measurement.The fifth part constructs the theoretical model framework that influences the value of the awareness of government information resources,and proposes the relationship assumptions for each variable in the theoretical model,then test the measurement model and the structural model.The sixth part summarizes the research on the value of the awareness of government information resources,and explains the imperfections in this study,and points out the future research direction.
