Research On Data Resources Construction Of Government Data Open Platform

In the big data era,data resources are national important strategic resources.Open government data and digging the value of government data are not only inner needs but inevitable choices to promote the modernization of government governance.Government data is the core element of open government data.To speed up the process of opening up government data,it is necessary to strengthen the construction of government data resources.Therefore,based on the current situation of the data resources construction,this paper analyzes the existing problems of the government data resources construction in our country,and puts forward the data resources construction strategies in combination with the successful experience of US and UK government data open practice.This paper is divided into the following five chapters:Chapter one is the introduction,which mainly introduces the research background and significance,defines the related concepts,systematically reviews relevant domestic and foreign literature,then presents the researching ideas and methods in this paper.Chapter two is the study on current situation of data resources construction of governments data open platform in America and Britain.Based on the online survey,this chapter analyzes the US and UK government data resources construction characteristics,and summarizes its implications to promote the government data resources construction at home.Chapter three is an overview of data resources construction of Chinese government data open platform.Through a sample survey,this part analyses the present condition and concludes the achievements as well as problems of the data resources construction in government data open platform.Chapter four is about Chinese government data resources construction strategies.According to the problems mentioned in the previous chapter,the construction strategies are put forward from five aspects as construction planning,resource collection and integration,resource organization,resource storage and management.Chapter five is conclusion and prospect.This chapter summarizes the whole research,points out the limitations and prospects for further research.
