With the continuous development of logistics industry, storage as an important and indispensable link in the logistics industry supply chain, facing the more and more high reqirements. Traditional warehousing system has many defects, workload is large, manual operation is tedious, and it is easy to chaos. Building a warehousing system with high automation, good reliability and can be early warning has a lot of necessity to early warning system. At the present, the technology of Internet of things is developing, which is another new revolution of the science and technology after the Internet of technology. Paper focuses on the Internet of the thing technology such as RFID, GPRS, sensor ZigBee network, which is applied in warehouse management and early waring system. It provides the theoretical study and pratical feasibility for building an intelligent and automated system.First, this paper analyzes the existing warehouse management and early warning system based on Internet of research. It divides the storage system’s main part into three parts, such as data information analysis part, data information collecting part, the upper CGI external applications. It analyzes the exact make up of each part and the way of data information interaction in details.Secondly, this paper puts forward the basic ways of building a platform for the development of embedded system application, introduces how to build the embedded software development platform in the beginning of software development project in details.The process of building platform can be divided into embedded Linux system transplantation process, the building process of BOA Web server and network video server MJPG-streamer, migration process of embedded light database SQLite, the writing of the necessary equipment module driver and the migration process. It analyzes each part of the early warning system in detail. The embedded Linux system transplant process can be divided into the boot loader the transplantation of bootloader, the construction and transplantation of embedded Linux operating system kernel zImage, building and transplantation process of the embedded Linux root file system.In addition, this paper analyzes the process scheduling relation of the three main components the information and the data processing of the system. It analyzes and makes communication rules between the data acquisition terminal and data analysis the data. In this paper, we make the overall test for the warehouse management and early warning system. This system can achieve many functions, such as good storage and early warning, real-time monitoring, data processing, etc.This system can be working stability, operating in good condition. It provides the feasibility and practicability for application of the Internet of things technology in warehouse management and early warning, the system is verified and the theoretical research value.
