This subject elaborates the theory and use of the online monitoring of mobile platform based on the technology of Internet of things in the background of environmental protection. According to the requirements of Environmental Protection Bureau in Huangpu District in Shanghai, the system which is based on monitoring equipment technology on Internet of things and the three layer system structure of data monitoring software and3G client is used to probe the fume emission concentration, and the status of lampblack purifier switch and cleaner cleanness fan switch in some catering enterprisesMonitoring equipment includes fume monitoring probe and W5100YM fume monitoring host. Smoke detector probes soot concentration in exhaust fumes and it is connected to the W5100YM fume monitoring computer through RS485bus. W5100YM collects data from smoke detector and uploads data to the network; at the same time, W5100YM probes the working status of flue fan and the fume purifier.Monitoring software sends data collected through monitoring equipments (i.e. GPRS/3G/Wi-Fi) to the monitoring softwares. Monitoring software can receive and deal with related data asynchronously as it uses Flex client as its front-end and Spring-Hadoop distributed platform as backstage server.Most monitoring equipment clients are developed on Web technology. This fume detection equipment client uses mobile terminal as carrier, detects data received from terminal points and deal with them asynchronously in mobile terminal equipment. through3G technology. It not only solves the problem of not being able to connect the Internet, but also easy to operate. Smart client also provides real-time video and other operations, and monitor the field data in the first time.This paper firstly describes the hardware facilities used in the online monitoring mobile platform, the Flex client and the Spring-Hadoop framework used in the software development process. It also expounds how to receive data through the3G network and classify the data by Chaffing and Winnowing Model. Secondly, the paper analyzes the needs systematically and then makes an overall design plan, including system architecture design, function module design for database design.
