How timely and effective care for chronic population,elderly population,as well as the special population that needing health care,a real-time intelligent monitoring system for elderly population of community home based on the Internet of things technology is designed in this paper.The system solves the problems that poor performance of real-time and long-term sustainability in traditional monitoring system.In addition,the system reduces the cost that relies on GSM and GPRS service,The system architecture consists of perception layer in the bottom,transport layer in the middle and application layer in the top.The sensor that located perception layer collects the physiological data of person under guardianship real-timely and transports to the mobile terminal via wired transmission? Through the GSM / GPRS network,the mobile terminal will send the data to the server of application layer.The server connect mobile terminal of guardian and person under guardianship.Children of person under guardianship and medical staff are viewing the data and grasping health of person under guardianship real-timely.The system also has data storage function that saving history data of person under guardianship,for data accumulation of future large data integration.The visualization system analysis and process data,providing predictive nursing care for guardian.This paper focuses on the system scheme design and function realizationThe main research topics include in follow:Firstly,by analyzing the development situation of real-time intelligent monitoring field for elderly population of community home in the networking technology,the paper researches design scheme of remote real-time monitoring system;Secondly,the master MCU chip is the STC12C5A60S2 MCU,which has abundant internal resources and driving ability.It completes data collection,body's positioning,image acquisition and wireless data transmission that using physiological parameters corresponding sensors and some modules;Thirdly,by function analysis of intelligent terminal equipment,Perception layer software is written by C language,Transport layer uses UDP protocol for data transmission through GSM / GPRS wireless network.Application layer is written by C # language that using front-end software of PC and mobile phone;Fourthly,for the data storage,management and analysis and processing problems in the system,this paper completes realization that using database schema design approach;Fifthly,there are prospect and predictive analysis for the systemThe system made a simulation experiment in the family and community hospitals,closing medical devices data collection.The system complies with the requirements that testing human physiological data parameters.
