Application Of Project Schedule Management In 4G Wireless Base Station Project Of A Mobile Company

With the continuous evolution and development of mobile communication technology and the further implementation of the national policy of speed-up and fee-reduction,the competition in the telecommunications industry is becoming increasingly fierce.With the development and application of intelligent terminals,Internet of Things,big data and other technologies,mobile communication network has entered a period of rapid development,especially the role of 4G network in social life has become increasingly prominent.High-quality network coverage and service is the basis for telecom operators to meet customer needs and improve customer satisfaction,and is the prerequisite for stable stock customers and expanding incremental customers.How to integrate and give full play to the advantages of construction resources,formulate effective project schedule management plan,and speed up the speed and quality of communication network construction is an urgent problem for communication operators to solve.In this paper,project management technology and methods are used to study the wireless base station construction project of China Mobile Gansu Baiyin Branch in phase 5.2 of 4G network in 2017 from the perspective of project manager.Based on my long-term experience in project construction management,this paper studies the progress control of base station construction project by using analysis tools and methods such as WBS and Critical Path Method.Under the guidance of project management methods and techniques,integrate internal and external resources,formulate and implement realistic project schedule,and enhance the ability of schedule management and control.Some of the research results of this paper have been implemented in the base station construction project of Baiyin Branch of Gansu Mobile,which greatly improves the progress of the construction project of 4G base station and achieves obvious application results.
