As the core content of project management,progress management directly determines the effectiveness of project management.In order to satisfy the increasing demand of network bandwidth for mobile users and reach the 100% coverage of 4G network,LTE base station construction project management is constantly adapting to the increasing number of missions,the difficulty of construction and the meticulous management development of project management.This paper introduces the general situation of the construction project of G mobile LTE base station,and uses the method of project management to study the project progress in depth.In this paper,mainly uses the network graph method,the Critical path method and Critical chain in the progress management.According to the G Mobile Corporation in the LTE base station construction project management factor analysis as a breakthrough point,the progress management research.Through the analysis of the progress of the project,we put forward the progress control method of the student progress control and Parkinson's law for the project progress control,and finally put forward the project progress guarantee strategy.Using the method of sequence pair optimization in critical chain management,and balancing resource conflict and eliminating safety time by using half way to determine the longest critical chain of project path.The early warning threshold of three levels of red,yellow and blue is set up for the key process of the project,and the monitoring of the project progress and the system allocation effect of the resources are achieved.In this paper,through the basic theory of project management and network planning technology,background analysis and management elements of G mobile LTE base station construction project schedule management method using the combination of PERT and critical chain method combining the G of mobile LTE base station construction project schedule management and put forward the improvement method of project schedule plan the optimization and adjustment.At last,in order to ensure the effective landing of the schedule plan,the corresponding measures of progress guarantee are made.The project management plays an active role in the research and application of communication construction projects,especially in the communication construction projects of the operators.In the enterprise project management,it gives an effective reference to the progress management.
