Variety shows are one of the main types of television programs.In recent years,the number of original variety shows with traditional culture as the core content has grown rapidly,and the production of programs is excellent.This article takes the existing domestic traditional cultural variety art as the research object,combines the theory of television communication knowledge and "use and satisfaction",and disseminates content and characteristics,functions and values,audience analysis,and communication effects of traditional cultural variety shows.Partially explore the specific performance of this kind of program in the process of television dissemination,strive to achieve the experience of TV broadcasting that summarizes existing programs,and provide reference for the continuous innovation of traditional cultural variety in the future of television communication practice.First of all,this paper begins with the social background of the continuing popularity of traditional culture variety arts.There are currently related researches on TV variety,television communication,and traditional cultural variety shows as well as the purpose,method,meaning and value of this paper.Define the concept of television communication and define the scope of research objects.Secondly,after sorting out the development process of China's traditional cultural variety shows,the paper has divided all programs into the dimensions of the program format according to the programs that are currently available(included in broadcast and completed).The macro development situation and specific program examples of traditional cultural variety shows analyzes the performance of such programs in television broadcasting from the aspects of dissemination content and characteristics,communication function and value,and uses it to stereoscopically portray and analyze the television transmission mechanism of such programs.And value orientation.Third,combining the above-mentioned performances of traditional cultural variety shows in television broadcasting,based on the theory model of "use and satisfaction",the audiences are analyzed on this type of program,and the relationship between audience and media is observed from the perspective of audiences,and "use" is discussed.The process and "satisfaction" of the results and feedback,the use of theory combined with practical analysis,proposed that traditional cultural variety shows not only to meet the audience,but also to guide the audience's point of view.Afterwards,the effects of TV broadcast of traditional cultural variety arts were summed up in four aspects:ratings,content and form,audience feedback,and communication environment.Finally,according to the above multi-dimensional investigation,the author summarizes the deficiencies existing in traditional communication variety programs in television broadcasting,and proposes the countermeasures to optimize the television broadcasting mechanism of the programs.
